SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
The majority of orders are shipped within 3-5 business days depending on product availability with the exception of special orders. Please contact us by email for questions on special orders.
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of the products in your cart, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item is out of stock we will ship the partial order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You may also request that shipment be held until all items are available. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment if required.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All of our products are carefully crafted and packaged to ensure they arrive to you securely for your use.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from us. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or it arrives damaged or unusable please contact us within 1 week to arrange for return, replacement, or refund.
Custom orders are not eligible for return/refund unless the product is damaged/unusable
Cancellations and refunds are subject to a 10% restock and processing fee. The original shipping and handling paid on the order is not eligible for refund.
